It may have been a beautiful blue skied day up on the Blue Ridge Parkway for Buddy this morning, but at my school this afternoon the rain was pouring down cats and dogs. Once I got into my cat and looked out of my windshield, I knew it was time to grab to the old Rebel. There was water everywhere and beading as it rolled down my windshield. The sky wasn't green, but the flash went off on my camera, and this is what I got.

ReplyDeleteVery interesting photo - I like this very much.
ReplyDeleteGreat way to look at the rain!
ReplyDeleteVery cool shot! It's raining here again today. My photo excursions have been rained out the past two days.
ReplyDeleteThis perspective suggests that you are inside the sprays of a fountain! I guess in some ways you are! It looks wonderful! Our Spring weather is laden with rain and very few days of warmth!
ReplyDeleteWhen life gives you raindrops make rain photos.
ReplyDeleteI've tried taking that kind of picture but mine never worked....ha ha, maybe next time I want to do that I'll just borrow yours (kidding, I'd never do that!).... At least one of you got some sunshine. (Oregon needs rain right now.)
ReplyDeleteHi Genie
ReplyDeleteI had to comment on this particular photo - I love rain and I love rain shots. this one is superb. jewels.
I haven't been posting much or getting around to visit either. I see I almost missed some good stuff here. The photos on the Parkway that Buddy took are mind-blowing. Are you doing a 365 project? I see you're posting a daily photo. It's good to develop a practice of taking a photograph every day. I took a break and actually I'm still on a break posting only once a week with the 52 Photos Project. That's about all I'm able to manage this year. I hope you're enjoying autumn's joy. Happy week to you Genie.
