Bridge to Somewhere ~ Wood's Creek Family Walk

The leaves are starting to fall, and it won't be long before Bud's pink shorts are put away for the winter. In a few weeks these trees will be bare. 
I cannot believe that summer ended today.



Yesterday Bud and I went on a one mile "Family Walk" along Wood's Creek here in Lexington. This is one of the bridges over the creek. If you haven't ever been on a "Family Walk," you have missed out on boocoodles of fun: babies in strollers, children, parents, old folk, people in wheel chairs, and lots of dogs on leashes.

    The Family Walk sounds like fun! I, for one, am happy to see autumn coming. I love this time of year.

    We love our family walks. So, I understand what great fun they can be. You meet all sorts of folk on a walk. Great photos and love those pink shorts :)

    I do like the fact that you are a photographer and I like what you see. Also a quilter! I checked your other blog and saw the challenge ahead of you this weekend! Good luck. I like to sew things...never that good at it but I have tried over the years. I do like to knit and always have a couple of 'winter projects on the go.
