You can’t miss this one! I pass it in the mornings, day after day after day! The owners have placed the semi so the truckers traveling I-81 can see it. This is where I get off the interstate - when I drive the it rather than the country roads - and onto my school road. We have two very large truck stops which provide towing services and repairs, but for some reason this one really appeals to me. It appears to be an old Mom and Pop business looking at the 2 door. It makes me smile each time I see it. Am assuming the 65 does not mean $65 an hour but rather the hours it is open...6:00-5:00.

I like that kind of sight also. You just never know what you are going to see out there...
ReplyDeleteLove Moms n Pops Business - get rid of the big guys and bring back all the Moms n Pops, eh :)
ReplyDeleteI coulda' seen that one BEFORE I got my eyes fixed ;>)
ReplyDeleteI thought that it was $65 /hr! Not bad pay!
ReplyDeleteThat 65 hr is hard to figure.
ReplyDeleteWonderful shot. Nice way to display open times.
ReplyDeleteFun find!
ReplyDeleteI'll bet it is $65 per hour.
ReplyDeletethey don't repair small cars?:p
ReplyDeletegreat idea for advertising!
ReplyDeleteI got a giggle out of this - I actually thought 65 was the number of hours it took to get your welding job done! :=}
ReplyDeleteThis is a great sign!!!
I have to agree with you. Very much like the mom and pop mood of this place. It provides the basics and gets the job done without extra distractions to separate you from your money.
ReplyDeleteA very homely sign - clearly just written by hand! And what a great idea for advertising - giving the impression that you get personal service!
ReplyDeleteThis is really nice and I hope that I can weld my new truck bed steps onto my truck with out any problems. I have been following your blog for quite some time now and I really like it. Thank you guys!
ReplyDeleteYep, it's obvious! Good shots, Genie.
ReplyDeleteIt is eye catching. Though that 6 5 hr is a bit confusing!
