Happy Valentine’s Day 2012

Happy Valentine’s Day to All of You







When I am not taking and processing pictures, I have a needle and thread in my hands making little things and some larger ones. I adore creating gifts for the different holidays, and I love quilting. For years I was an ODC cross stitcher and knitter, but Mr. Arthritis in my thumbs put an end to that. These are stuffed hearts I made for a Valentine’s Day swap sponsored by my friend, Debby, over at The Cozy Blanket.

    how sweet and pretty
    and so beautifully presented against the texture of the trees

    I love that we both give names to all the animals we encounter, I get teased about it :)

    They are darling...did not realize you did things like this...somehow I missed it. I don't know if you ever visit my Pics&Pieces blog...it is my everyday blog...and is where I usually post what few quilt projects I do.

    Nice valentines. I love to do cross-stitch but yes, some days those thumbs rebel.
