You cought some very nice ones.
Hello Genie,Your blog is wonderful too! I love all the barn photographs. Really beautiful. You're very fortunate to be living in such beautiful surrounds with such lovely birds! Cheers,Nora
Hi Genie. Love your cardinal photo. Always loved seeing these birds, and fortunately we have a pair nesting in our yard. The male is hard to photograph as he is seldom still and always nervous around people. I've never been able to get near him with my camera. BTW, thanks so much for your recent comments on my blog. Much appreciated.
Wow, I love seeing your birds! We have hummingbirds here and Brian has been taking photos - they're not easy to get but he has a lot of patience! I shared some on my blog just the other day. Thanks for sharing!
Super looking Cardinal.
Lovely photos thanks for sharing.
pretty wildbirds !
Very nice! We have both of these in our yard, though the Titmice haven't been around lately.
Love the study of the cardinal. Typically reluctant to come out of the shrubbery.
Loved seeing your backyard birds -- Now that we live in town I have to drive to see them. Life is full of compromises!
nice photos :) I miss bright red Cardinals :)
an adorable little titmouse :)
Great shots. I find cardinals very hard to photograph out in the wild.
What sweet birds! Your photographs of them are so lovely.
Very pretty! Some of my favorite backyard birds.
The Titmouse is cute but that Cardinal is absolutely magnificent. That red color must stand out against all the other colors in the backyard. Great photos.
I agree, the red of that Cardinal really stands out against the greenery.
Good morning, Genie! I love the cardinal, and up here it's so beautiful against the huge white backdrop we have from November through March. :-) Hope you're well.
Wonderful....it looks to me the cardinal may still be in the last stages of molting. But, still so very beautiful.I have yet to get out in this inferno to do some serious birding. So, your photos are an extra special treat.
Genie, glad you enjoyed my post yesterday. I doubt the manure spreader is connected to the Septic Service, except as an advertisement. Mostly I think it is used as an eye catching advertising sign for their business. That spreader is an antique, likely long past its useful life. The humor was intended.
Great-looking cardinal nice shots
How beautiful!!! :)
Your birds shots are lovely. I can only settle for faraway and blur ones with my humble cell phone camera.
Your photos look like paintings...just beautiful!...:)JP
I love these little sweethearts Genie. You have captured them beautifully. I am back from my blog break and am catching up ever so slowly. We had a family bereavement and have only just returned home.
Cute - that cardinal is beautiful.
Beautiful birds! We have those cardinals here on Molokai, believe it or not!
The red of those cardinal never ceases to amaze me!Cheers - Stewart M - Melbourne
