If you go hiking up in the Blue Ridge Mountains these days, you still see lots of sights like this. What a beautiful work of nature's art...pretty as a picture.

ReplyDeleteWater can take many forms and beauty is one of them.
ReplyDeleteA great quote to live by! Your ice-falls is pretty. Great post, Genie!
ReplyDeleteA very pretty picture!!
ReplyDeleteHi Genie - it is indeed a beautiful work of nature's art. I was up to Saint John out by one of the parks and there was a very large freeze-over, and thick, thick ice down over the waterfall, and a bunch of fellas were learning how to climb up the wall with all the proper gear. The only day I did not have my camera or even phone to take photos. However, I did watch and it was pretty neat - wanted to try that myself. It is amazing how a dribble of water down a rock is missed in summer, but it sure shows up in winter, eh. Have a wonderful day :)
ReplyDeleteso cool!! ( :
ReplyDeletevery cool - literally. :)
ReplyDeleteThis is very neat looking but I am sure it must have been quite cold while looking for it. Hope you were able to finally get some sleep.
