Macro Monday ~10-28-11

Can you guess what this is and what it is used for?

Here is your answer. It is a pipe resting on two round pieces of wood barricading cars from entering this area by the river at Roshen Pass. Another one of those simple things that fascinates me so.

  11. I love seeing the unexpected and would not have thought this was a pipe to hold back cars. I do love the rusty ends and how weathered they are.

  13. I was going to say this was a hose nozzle when I first saw it, but it makes more sense that it is a pipe that forms a old gate. Wonderful macro shots!

I enjoyed your barn blog post and also the one about the swinging bridge, Genie. It was nice to learn more about you!
