Watery Wednesday From the Long Trail in Vermont ~ 8-16-11

Bud just sent me these shots....he is 38 miles from the end of the Long trail. Unbelievable! The photos are just so pretty. He sounds wonderful, and is sleeping at the Corliss Camp Shelter with no other takers so far. He plans to finish up Sunday or Monday.

***JUST SENT IN AT 8:30 THIS MORNING...
Bud’s own words... "These boots were made for walkin/carry me on to
Spruce Ledge Camp tonight / 31 miles from Canada."
