Blue Sky Hiking

My son who lives in Washington came home for 2 days this past weekend. We all had a wonderful time and spent most of our time in the woods. Both of my sons were here as well as my granddaughter, and I had the time of my life. The weather was perfect as you can see from these three shots. Beginning with my post for "Signs, Signs," yesterday, many of my posts in the days to come are going to be centered around this mini family reunion and our hikes.

This post is linked with Skywatch Friday.

  1. I love a glimpse of blue sky these days when everything seems so grey! And the fluffy little clouds in the last shot are cute :-)

  10. Love that mackerel sky in the last shot! So blue and fluffy!
Not sure I could cross that swinging bridge. A childhood friend always scared me to death on one at their home growing up.
I wish I had good knees still so I could hike. What a wonderful family activity you are able to do.
