Weekend Reflections ~ 11-4-11

This afternoon I drove home along the Maury River in Rockbridge County. At the Rockbridge Baths Bridge, I stopped and took these photos. They are SOOC.

It was a gorgeous afternoon for taking pictures. Used the old Canon Point and Shoot.

  2. What perfect and gorgeous reflections for the season, Genie!! I do love watery reflections and these are superb! The water is so still it looks like a mirror! And such beautiful autumn colors! Marvelous captures for the day, Genie!! Hope you have a beautiful weekend! Enjoy!

  4. Brilliant shots. The old point and shoot camera did very well, or maybe it's the photographer's eye!

  12. Great pictures SOOC. My old Canon point & shoot never let me down. I passed it on to my daughter and got myself an new Canon point & click (I like to call them) which is even better and always by my side when the DSLR is not. This new Canon is the camera I use for the videos I have been posting lately every once in awhile on my blog. My wife, the picky photographer is unable to tell the difference between the pictures I post. Is it from the Nikon or the Canon? She cannot tell. :)

I really like that 4th shot... I can see the rocks in the water in the foreground best in that one, very clear! =)
