Hosta Lily Bloom
The two spots of red in the background is from the begonia my principal gave me for Teacher Appreciation Day. It was so pretty I planted it in my flower bed.

What a gorgeous photograph this is Genie, and I love the processing you did on it!! Wonderful colors and softness.

If only the fragrance could be captured too. Lovely photo, Genie. :)
ReplyDeleteWonderful image! The texture makes it so soft...love it!
ReplyDeleteI love hosta lily. This image is like a fine art of Japanese painting on the silk canvas. So delicate, so refined, so soft, and so noble. The blurred begonia in the back is a good spice. Happy days ahead, Genie.
ReplyDeleteYou succeeded in creating a very lovely image of this hosta. My hostas are always in danger of being eaten by slugs or snails. This year I had used a pesticide and my hostas were beautiful until they were besieged by plant- lice. Well such is life! :) have a great week! Thanks for the kind comment!
ReplyDeleteI feel a sad mode in this image.
ReplyDeletethat a great macro shot. you enjoying the camera fully yet?
ReplyDeleteI am not a technical person, the old camera I got used to broke, and I have yet to learn the new one.
