Some Vintage Treasures on Rednesday

Some of Genie’s Household Treasures

The hand beater and rolling pin were my mother’s.
The rooster pot was a Christmas gift from a special friend
and fellow teacher.

  6. Beautiful capture and beautiful antiques from your mom. Works beautifully with the rooster pot. I enjoyed scrolling down looking at more photos. The fire must have been a scary sight. Sure hope you are doing well after all the medical test.

  7. Gee, I remember my Mother using the rolling pin and the mixer - and I have both plus the olde rooster salt n pepper shakers - all items my Mom gave to me some time ago. I remember her rolling out cookie dough and mixing like crazy . Nice Thoughts and great photo Genie - Have a great day. Hope your feeling better and hope the fire is calming down . Take Care

  15. Oh girl, these treasures are right up my alley. I love red and white vintage! How fun that two of them are family heirlooms! love, love the pitcher also.
