Twin birds and planes....pretty cool. Who would know from these skies that we were 3 days late for our beach vacation due to Hurricane Irene. This is the way the skies were the entire time we were at Virginia Beach in the area called Sandbridge. It was amazing.I am not so good at capturing the likes of water fowl and planes in flight because I get dizzy when I look towards the sky. Somehow I managed to pull it off this year, but I really do wish I had a better telephoto lens. Maybe I will ask Santa for one.

great twin pix of twins! :)
ReplyDeleteGreat pair of shots. Hope you are well.
ReplyDeleteIndeed, great shots! The storms often clear the air when they leave. I am hoping that is the case this time also.

ReplyDeleteHappy skywatching and have a great weekend!
An amazing moment capturing the action of man in the skies and Nature's echo! Very clever!
ReplyDeleteI love how you got birds and planes in the sky.
ReplyDeleteThese twin images of twin would make a fitting tribute to 9/11, Genie. You were delayed in your plans by Mother Nature's tantrum, but got satisfaction in the end. Hope you are smiling.
ReplyDeleteGreat post of competing birds
