    The rusty pipe makes it appear that at one time it was a source for drinking water. I've seen a few similar springs in Ontario.

    Now that's one warning sign that makes sense! Bad water can look just like the good stuff. Although in this case, I think the rusting pipe might be a warning in itself.

    You can really tell that the water is not safe just by looking at that sorry state of the pipe :(
