Walker’s Creek Home and Barns
The house is all boarded up, but the buildings appear to be in good condition. I am not sure if the smaller one is a small barn or a shed because I was hesitant to go walking further onto the property to check on it. I didn't know who or what might greet me! It looks like someone is storing hay in the big barn so that is a good sign.

Doesn't look so inviting with all the wood in the windows. Is there living anybody?
ReplyDeleteAll are delicious, but the former is the more impressive.
ReplyDeleteI really like both of these....I often wonder what reaction we would get if we just went up, knocked on the door and ask could we take pictures.
ReplyDeleteThough the wall need a little of tlc but over all this barn is awesome!
ReplyDeleteBarn Charm
Now I am curious as to why everything is boarded up. I like it when the house and barns are painted the same colours.
ReplyDeleteVery nice!!
ReplyDeleteGreat buildings! I wonder why they are boarded up - they seem to be in pretty good condition.
ReplyDeleteOhhh now, that's just too beautiful a layout & farm for it not to be used... I sooo hope they're gonna be able to care for the place! I love that smaller one, too cuuute! I wanna get inside each building & nose around! LoL! =)
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining in Genie - Great find!!! =)))
I would love to have a place like that. I really like the shape of the smaller barn.
ReplyDeleteWith a little TLC, it looks like it could be a lovely place. Great photos!
ReplyDeletewhat a spread....it just needs a lil lovin!! i just love the red!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely property.
ReplyDeleteIt always makes me sad to see a place boarded up like that (there was a huge property here, barns and house all boarded up for a time), but maybe a family will be living there again soon.
Sadly, a sign of the times in many areas of the country.
