Surprise Shadow ~ 9-18-11

Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge ~ Virginia Beach, VA
(I do not have a clue who these two gentlemen are in the photo, but the shadow is moi.)

    Great shadow shot! I know of that refuge as it has a lot of really neat wildlife there-particularly the flying kind!

    I was in VA Beach decades ago, and all I remember was beach sand, never having seen the tidal marsh well beyond the hotels and barn,

    I love a salt marsh and the birds that inhabit these environs. The dock is wheelchair friendly, a fine place to visit. Nicely captured, the dock, spectators and photographer too!
