  2. Genie, So sorry about your knee--hope it doesn't "slow you down" too much. Thank you for all the nice comments-- I missed having you come by my blog--glad you are back. I know you are happy to have Bud back home--I'm sure you have lots of great photos to "pick and choose" from and then post. Glad your hibiscus is hanging in there. Too bad the flowers only last for a day. I don't have much blooming these days-it has just been too hot, but this week is going to be much cooler. Hope your Labor Day was relaxing and fun. "Mr. Green Man" is a great shot--that would have been perfect for SSS too. Take care. Mickie ;)

  9. Genie, that is absolutely fantastic picture. It is an art, a very beautiful art. And texture is awesome and you used it in a such masterful way. I am still learning about the texture but i am not sure that some day I will be able to create an image like this.

    A grasshopper is wonderful with a touch of green colors. WOW!!!!

    This is an amazing art. And I love also the texture and how you played with it. You created very unique and extremely interesting image. I am learning how to work with texture and I am sure that I would never ever would be able to create an image like this. You have a beautiful imagination.

    And a grasshopper is wonderful with a touch of green color. Love this image very, very much. Great!!!!
