I like this scarecrow! It looks like a person, and I bet the skirt blowing in a breeze adds to its effectiveness!

ReplyDeleteIn the rice fields of Borneo, farmers don't make scarecrows. Instead they tie lines with plastic bags. These bags flutter in the wind.
