April Fool’s Day ~ 7:30 A.M. ~ The Drive to Work
Look behind the trees on the right, and you will see there is still snow on our mountains.
"Before computers, telephone lines and television connect us, we all share the same air, the same oceans, the same mountains and rivers. We are all equally responsible for protecting them. “

Mother Nature is sure playing a trick on you. I don't think I'd want to be seeing snow anymore 12 days into spring on my drive to work (even though I haven't had to drive to work for many years, yay!). Nonetheless, you captured a beautiful scene and it looks great in monochrome. [Thanks much for your kind and encouraging comment on my blog. I'm enjoying exploring this area of Europe I haven't been to before. Wish I had more time for blogging and visiting other super bloggers! :-D]
ReplyDeleteYour picture has such a strange atmosphere, so mysterious... Well done !
ReplyDeleteGreat photo with the reflections. That quote is too true.

Beautiful scene! Sunlit snow on mountains far away is lovely this time of year...but it must be far away! :-)
ReplyDeleteA lovely scene. The mono adds to the winter bleakness.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful reflections. Very like our own scenery and weather over here!
ReplyDeleteA beautiful landscape enhanced by the monochrome. I can feel the cold.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful skies and reflections! I see the snow -- and but I hope this time of year it stays off in the distance.
