This is really pretty! I like the complementary colors, the diagonal composition, and the focus! I'm glad you asked a question so I could come back & see it!
For most of my editing I use Picasa, and that is where I made the mosaic. I have used Picnik for frames, but nothing else so far. I have the option in Picasa of using Picnik, which I think is a good thing!
