Roaring Run Iron Furnace and Water Falls

Hauling a 150 pound wet beam on your back up to top of waterfalls is harsh heavy work! A crew of 4 men has been working for 2 months, 6 days a week. When completed there will be a full walkway with protective railings up and around the falls.
No one thinks about how much work goes into making and maintaining our hiking trails! Great shot.

ReplyDeleteWow - I would be on my knees and probably crawling. I bet that is tough work. It will be great though when its finished!
