The Teaford’s Barn
Kerrs Creek ~ Rockbridge County, VA
This beautiful barn is across the road from our place and has been kept in great condition through the years. It is no longer used as a barn for a working farm, but it could be at any time. The original wood has had no siding applied.

"It will not always be summer; build barns."

  10. wow, what a beautiful barn. and you live across the road from this? it's in such good shape. We had someone visit our farm from the Wisconsin chapter of Barns N.O.W. and they aged our barn by the style/shape of the roof line. ours needed a coat of red paint though, unlike this one! I think old barns ought to be preserved - they don't build them anymore! have a great day Genie.
